We love the taste of smoked foods. The Brinkmann Smoker is easy to use and clean. It is fun to experiment with all kinds of different flavoring agents. Both the water and the charcoal bowl had chips in the enamel. We contacted Brinkmann and they sent out replacement bowls [...].We enjoy the product and are impressed with the service.

I used it to smoke a 20 lb turkey for Thanksgiving this year and by Christmas I had smoked two more turkeys and three turkey breast. My family and co-workers loved the flavor of the turkey. My college kids have requested turkey to take back to school in the Spring. I also made turkey soup with the carcass and meat, and that smoke flavor gives the soup a unique flavor.

After years of use we retired our old brinkman charcoal smoker and tried a new brand. It was a terrible disapointment and we're back with a new brinkmann and have fabulous chicken, pork, fish and beef party meals again.
