Durable stainless steel constructed Fire Stone Legacy 24 Grill Head & Deluxe SS Cabinet Gas Grill has electronic ignition system for easy starts every time. The fire stone convection grill technology maximizes usage of BTUs - your gas tank lasts longer. The Gas Grill features Patented technology - UL listed. This has grill tech monitoring system which can be used by setting the desired internal temperature and inserting the temperature probe. A light on the panel and a beep alerts you so you don't have to open the hood until the foods perfectly done. It also has even-flow convection grilling that eliminates hot spots to prevent burning and overcooking or cold spots leaving food undercooked completely eliminating the need for a rotisserie. The heatxchange system is a moveable burner with a unique shift lever on the control panel lets you grill, roast and bake, or focus high temperature on the searing plates (Searing plates not only seal in juices for meats but can be used as saute plates for vegetables).
