The Closed Base gives one of the most exhilarating grilling experiences you will ever encounter. Features heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction including the warming racks and cooking grid, which may be placed in dishwasher for ease of cleaning. The Closed Base uses a 208/220 volt and 20 amperes of AC power to grill at constant temperatures from 180 to 600 degrees. It avoids soot or other contaminations from gas or charcoal or charcoal lighter fluids. No open flames; easy removal of grease and particles; pushbutton igniter.
Rugged, easy-clean construction
The Closed Bases heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction includes the warming rack and cooking grids, which can be removed for easy cleaning. Two removable drip trays allow easy cleaning of burnt grease and food particles.
