This Crown Verity Grill uses a stainless steel plate flame taming system and has Six burners that can reach over a temperature of 850 degrees Fahrenheit.Crown verity Grills use multiple stainless steel burners for the ultimate cooking control and even heat distribution. Convection cooking with the optional Roll Dome will offer precise, even heat distribution for even cooking. No one else has as many burners. Easy lighting is another convenient feature of this grill with its stainless steel lighter tube; it acts as a standing pilot, allowing the operator to turn on/off the burners of choice.
Cleaning this grill is like a dream by just removing the water pans. Any grease that drips off the grill will immediately vaporize when it hits the stainless steel radiant. Any grease that misses the radiant will fall into the removable stainless steel water pans.
