A porcelain-enamel roasting hood features a built-in temperature gauge, stainless-steel warming rack, and double-insulated construction. It features a Quartz Start ignition system, cast-iron burners, and vaporizer grid and heat reflector system. It also has a full-length, stainless-steel grease tray and an ergonomically designed control panel featuring large, easy-grip black knobs.
