This Beefeater Discovery Plus Series Roaster Gas Grill features a double insulated stainless steel roasting hood that offers the increased versatility of true convection cooking. The porcelain coated cast iron cooking griddles and grates distribute and hold the heat like cast iron, but much easier to clean and look new. It has stainless steel vaporizer panels which vaporize juices and return the flavor to the food, at the same time reducing flare up.
Quartz Start ignition system is built into the gas control of the main control burner to provide longer component life and trouble free starting. The Quartz Start ignition pin is coated with titanium, an extremely hard, ultra light metal, to provide a cleaner, more positive spark. It also features a heat indicator, stainless steel handle and internal warming rack to keep cooked food piping hot until you are ready to serve. It comes with hose and regulator, vinyl grill cover, and comes suited for liquid propane gas. This Gas Grill is available in 3, 4, and 5 burner modules.
Durable fold down front stainless steel shelf comes for 3 and 4 burner models. Fully enclosed powder coated metal cabinet with stylish stainless steel doors for 5 burner model only.

3 Burner : It has 476 square inch primary cooking surface and 45,000 British Thermal units of heat output.
4 Burner : It has 595 square inch primary cooking surface and 60,000 British Thermal units of heat output.
5 Burner : It has 714 square inch primary cooking surface and 75,000 British Thermal units of heat output.
